- He was born in Rio de Janeiro and has been an associate member of FIRJAN for 10 years and for the last two years has been a counselor to FIRJAN. He has helped numerous International organisations in setting up successful operations in Brazil as well as many Brazilian companies seeking to extend their network internationally.

Majored in Economics and gained an MBA (Corporate Finance and Entrepreneur Program) from the University of California. Specialist in airport opportunities, especially executing airport concessions and PPP transactions. Experienced in financial management, lead advisory services, and debt and equity origination. Strong background in SEC reporting, due diligence, consulting, and workouts/restructuring.
- A consummate professional with a long reputable history within the Brazilian banking, investment and futures market. Luiz has worked within the financial sector since 1958 and have been instrumental in developing and supporting key initiatives ranging from the creation of the Gold and floating currency markets in Brasil. He has also helped in the opening up of foreign investment in Brasil and has been a founding member of financial regulatory organisations such as ANBID, ANDIMA, SELIC and CETIP. - Ian was born in Oxford, England and has worked in the UK, Portugal and Brazil. He currently works in Dubai, UAE as the regional Director for MACE. Ian trained as a quantity surveyor and spent his early years at Northcroft Neighbour and Nicholson managing projects in Southampton (UK), Portugal and Brazil. The Portuguese team built up a tremendous reputation for strong focused management delivering projects for clients such as Sonae, Holmes Place and Banco Espirito Santo. Ian brings a wealth of experience to the team especially within the construction industry and his connections in that sector.
- Born in India, Sasha has a large experience in equity funds management and investment strategies. Recognized by his outstanding performance in these areas he has also, as Managing Director in Idika Solutions, been involved and developing online software and solutions for e-commerce, eLearning and currently the company is developing a platform for delivering Wealth Management Services to Investment Banks and Financial Services Providers. Idika technology empowered India's first Online University (The MIST Program). Sasha experience throw all over India, Singapore and Hong Kong allows him to integrate high quality expertise in equity fund management services to individual and institutional clients.
